Here is a 2 page spread in MAP (Music Art People) a Miami-based magazine. This sculpture took me 100 days of intensive cutting to create. There are one million pieces total (seriously, I counted). It is titled, “How to Become a Millionaire in 100 Days”:

This is such an awesome idea. You can download a PDF of the magazine and see the spread really big…nearly 2MP…or two pixels for each piece of paper!
Where is that pile now? Have any kids played in it like Fall leaves? That would be a neat-o vid, huh?

Comment by lindsay August 18, 2007 @ 2:51 amSo this is bizarre. It´s 430 AM here in Madrid, Spain and me, an American expat, and after watching a marathon of the Indiana Jones trilogy, and due to the unusual name of the main character, my buddy and I start getting into comments about names. And well, we start trying to create new, cooler names for ourselves, and somehow this ends up with my doing a Google search for my own last name, which is Stark. Thus, I come across this Web site. I´m into art, site looks cool, I peruse drunkenly, only to find out that you have worked for MAP Magazine….which…..sounds….like…MY Magazine (www.mapmagazine.com). Very, Very, Very, weird. Okay, now back to my movies and wine. ¡buenas noches!
